The WithLuv experience is split into two parts:

• The group card: On the launch day (birthday, anniversary, etc.), the recipient receives a digital card that everyone signs.
• Postcards: A few days after the group card is delivered, personal messages (“postcards”) are delivered one at a time via SMS slowly over the following weeks and months.

The “postcard” is the format, not the paper. Postcards arrive on the recipient’s phone as text messages, one at a time, over weeks and months.

3. Share a link so friends and family can contribute

No account needed to start — step 1 is open to anyone. Saving your WithLuv and inviting friends takes a phone number and a six-digit code, and that’s the whole account.

No. Friends and family can add their messages directly in their mobile or desktop browser.

That depends on how many postcards you and your friends write! We try to stretch out the experience for maximum effect, but we recommend you gather 10 or more postcards.

The possibilities are endless! You can think of a postcard as an open space to express your feelings, share a memory, or make future plans with the recipient.

Yes! Messages are visible to the group by default, but you can keep them private between you and the recipient by tapping the private toggle.

Recipients get their messages by SMS (text message), and everything that has arrived is saved on WithLuv to revisit any time.
